Francesca Farago & Jesse Sullivan Are Expecting Twins?! Couple Admits a Baby Bombshell (Exclusive)
The baby news is not too hot to handle!
Francesca Farago and her fiancé Jesse Sullivan announced they're expecting a boy and a girl during a recent "chromosome reveal" party celebrating their twins on the way.
"I didn't gather you all around just to tell you how much I love this woman," Jesse told the crowd in a TikTok video posted on July 29, gesturing to the pregnant Too Hot to Handle alum. "I know you're really here to know what babies we are having."
As friends and family cheered, he said the couple is "so happy" about their son and daughter's impending arrival.
"I don't know why I'm crying," Francesca jokingly added, as she fanned the tears in her eyes. "That was too much."
But Francesca has never had a preference. As the former Perfect Match star previously noted, she and Jesse—who is already dad to 15-year-old Arlo—"just want kids" together.

"We can pick gender," she shared on the Sofia With an F podcast in May 2023. "We won't."

And given that Jesse—who came out as transgender in 2019—was previously pregnant with Arlo, Francesca said her partner has gone above and beyond to ensure that she feels comfortable throughout her own journey.
"He doesn't want me to cook, he doesn't want me to clean, he wants to just love me and support me," she told E! News in June. "I don't think any other male, especially, would ever be able to understand like Jesse does, because he's done it and he's raised a child."
Francesca added, "Having him has been amazing. Like, 10 out of 10, highly recommend being engaged to a trans man who has given birth."
